How quickly will I receive a quote?
Within 2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM GMT+8). For complex custom requests that require engineering input, we'll send a preliminary quote within 2 hours and a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Are samples really free?
Standard product samples are free — you only pay shipping (usually $30-50 via DHL/FedEx, 3-5 days worldwide). Custom samples with your logo require a small mold fee ($100-300), which is fully refunded when you place a production order.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Standard products (existing molds): 3,000 units. Custom products (new molds): 10,000 units. For first-time buyers, we can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders. Just ask — we'd rather earn your business with a small order than lose it over MOQ.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection. For established clients, we offer 30-day net terms.
Can I visit your factory before ordering?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange airport pickup from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. If you can't travel, we'll set up a live video tour of the production floor. Many clients do a video tour first, then visit in person before their second order.
Do you ship worldwide? What are the shipping options?
Yes, we ship to 50+ countries. Shipping options: Sea freight (most economical, 15-30 days), Air freight (faster, 5-7 days), Express via DHL/FedEx (samples and small orders, 3-5 days). We can quote FOB, CIF, or DDP depending on your preference.
