Water and juice are the highest-volume PET applications on earth, and in 2026 the engineering story is one word: lightweighting. Every gram removed from a bottle is a gram not shipped, not made, not landfilled. Our plant takes that seriously.
The freight lever
Bottled water and juice move by the truckload and containerload. PET already ships 40–70% cheaper than glass because a 330ml PET bottle weighs a fraction of its glass twin. Lightweight the preform further and the saving scales with every load.
The carbon lever
Less virgin resin per bottle lowers the carbon footprint directly. Pair that with rPET — recycled PET carries about 79% lower carbon footprint than virgin — and a juice brand can cut both cost and claim at once.
How we lightweight without weakening
We tune preform geometry and wall distribution so the bottle keeps top-load and drop strength while shedding mass. The result is a clear, light bottle that survives filling, stacking, and transit.
The PET containers market was about $78.87 billion in 2026 and keeps climbing as e-commerce rewards shatter-resistant, light packaging.
