The cross-thread risk
A wide screw lid has more thread engagement than a narrow one. If the jar neck and lid pitch drift even slightly, the lid cross-threads, feels cheap, and may not seal. Customers notice immediately.
How we hold tolerance
We cut both the jar neck and the lid thread on calibrated tooling in the same plant, then audit pitch and seat per batch. The result: a lid that goes on straight the first turn and seats to a repeatable torque.
